Desiree Ayres grew up in Hollywood where her family's profession was stunt work. She rose to become one of Hollywood's top stuntwomen with credits for shows such as Dukes of Hazard, Remington Steele, Fall Guy, Matt Houston, Night Rider, among others.
For 10 years Desiree struggled with anorexia, bulimia, and compulsive binge-eating. Since successfully overcoming those challenges, Ayres has become an expert in her field at showing others how to overcome addictions with 20+ years of experience. Her messages are designed to encourage the hurting and broken. Her humorous style, along with her uniquely illustrated stories, enables her to easily touch the hearts of those needing a fresh dose of hope.
