He pastors one of America’s mega-churches, Cascade Hills Church in Columbus, Georgia, leading it from 32 people his first Sunday in 1983 to a membership of over 8000 today. He uses his leadership gifts to help people reach their maximum potential. It is the mission of the church and the program to make fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ out of people who wouldn’t normally go to church or watch a religious program.
